Hundreds of students of Methodist University College have been admitted to a class action suit by their fellow colleagues in their fight against a directive by the accreditation board for their withdrawal.
Over 100 students have now joined the previous 79 who went to court to challenge the decision.
Joining the suit gives them the opportunity to also return to school until the substantive case over whether they should be withdrawn or not is heard in November.
Some of the elated students who were in court on Thursday told XYZ News that they are excited about the idea of going back to school.
