The month of July will forever evoke mixed emotions for the Atta Mills family. It is the month of birth and death of the late president John Evans Atta Mills, a man who gave his all in service to the country.
He did so in humility until he was called to glory on July 24, 2012, three days after he celebrated his 68th birthday.
On the fourth anniversary of his death, his son, Sam Kofi Mills celebrated the 72nd Birthday of his father on July 2016.

He celebrated it the way the father would have, if he were to be alive- sharing with kids, vulnerable kids
Sam Kofi Mills presented some assorted items made up of bags of rice and sugar as well as drinks to The Three Kings Special School in Battor in the North Tongu District of the Volta Region.

It was an exhilarating moment for the kids who visibly had lots of fun, sharing in the goodies on offer.
