The Managing Director of ECOBANK Ghana, Samuel Ashitey Adjei has been appointed as the new boss of group’s operations in Eastern, Southern central African countries.
A statement issued by the Bank said Mr. Ashitey Adjei will be heading the new region known as the CESA region which consists of ECOBANK’s 18 subsidiaries in Africa.
Mr Adjei has about 26 years of experience with ECOBANK.
Prior to his appointment as MD for Ghana, Mr Adjei was the Deputy MD of the bank, an executive director, and Head of corporate Banking and Treasury.
He is credited with the Bank’s outstanding performance in last several years.
