Black Satellites Coach Maxwell konadu is confident his side will overturn a two goal deficit against Uganda and progress to the final qualifying round of the 2013 African Youth Championship.
The Under -20 team suffered a first leg setback in the qualifying for the Africa Youth Championship following a 3-1 away defeat to Uganda on Saturday.
Coach Maxwell Konadu who has been handed interim charge of the team in an interview with JOY Sports stated that, his players have the credentials to reverse the score line.
“Uganda never played better than us, is just that we were unlucky. I believe my team stands a better chance of scoring more than two goals here in Ghana. We can make, it all we need to do is to make some few changes”, said Coach Konadu.
The Black Satellites play the Hippos in the return clash in a fortnight and must overcome the deficit to reach the final round of qualifying where they could meet either Morocco or The Gambia.
