The event was an evening of recognition, celebration, and inspiration, highlighting the agents' pivotal roles in driving Serene Insurance's growth and positioning it as the New Face of Insurance. Over 38 agents were awarded for their exceptional performance, commitment to excellence, and contribution to expanding the company's clientele base.
Honoring Excellence: Top Performers Recognized
The awards, which were categorised into loyalty awards for long service, best regional agents, and the coveted national overall best agent, underscored the competitive spirit and professional standards upheld by Serene Insurance agents.
Mr. Kofi Senya, an agent based in Kumasi, emerged as the National Overall Best Agent for 2024, a recognition of his exceptional contribution to the company's success.
Miss Esther Acheampomaa, who demonstrated remarkable dedication, earned the title of First Runner-Up Overall Best Agent.
Mr. Charles Oppong, representing Accra, secured the position of Second Runner-Up Overall Best Agent.
Each awardee received citations, plaques, and packages as a token of appreciation for their efforts in driving Serene Insurance’s success.
Leadership Commends Agents' Contributions
The General Manager for Business Development and Marketing, Nana Yaw Owusu Dwomoh, lauded the agents for their remarkable efforts in enhancing Serene Insurance’s reputation as a trusted provider of innovative and cost-effective insurance solutions.
“Our recent accolades, including the Emerging Insurance Brand of the Year, Best Growing Insurance Company, and the CSR Leadership Award, are a testament to the hard work of our Board, management, staff, and agents. Together, we are reshaping the industry and building a strong foundation for the future,” Mr. Dwomoh remarked.

The Chief Executive Officer of Serene Insurance encouraged the agents to prioritize client retention, emphasizing that retaining existing clients is crucial for sustainable growth.
She urged them to maintain accurate client records under the Know Your Client (KYC) principle to ensure credible databases that foster long-term customer relationships.
Expanding Horizons: New Branches Strengthen Presence
In 2024, Serene Insurance expanded its operations by opening two new branches, bringing its total operational offices to 11 since its inception in 2018. The Takoradi branch, launched in July, and the Accra East (Adentan) branch, opened in November, reinforce the company’s commitment to accessible and innovative services.
With a strong financial base, unmatched customer service, and inclusive product offerings, Serene Insurance continues to solidify its position as a key player in Ghana’s insurance industry.
