Six more communities in the Twifo-Heman-Lower-Denkyira District, are to be connected to the national grid, Mr Yaw Agyeibi-Kessie, District Chief Executive (DCE), announced at Twifo-Praso on Wednesday. He mentioned the beneficiary communities as Somnyame-Kodur, Aponapono, Mbaabaasa, Nuamakrom, Afossua and Nyameani that had been selected under the Special Rural Electrification Project. The DCE said high-tension poles were currently being installed to facilitate the project, adding that so far, 24 communities in the District had been hooked to the national grid.
