Two military personnel arrested Saturday during clashes with land guards have been handed over to the Military Police.
A third accomplice also hired by a private developer to demolish structures on a disputed land at Akoko Foto has been declared wanted.
The timely intervention by the Dansoman Police averted what would have been a bloody clash between the military men and the land guards.
The Greater Accra Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Freemen Tettey told Joy News investigations reveal the soldiers were not authorized to undertake any demolishing exercise.
He urged the public to offer information to assist their investigations.
