Aero Surveys Limited (“Starbow”) and DVB Bank SE (“DVB”) have signed an agreement in which DVB will assist and advice Starbow on its fleet renewal and aircraft selection process.DVB Bank SE, headquartered in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, is the leading specialist in the international Transport Finance business, offering integrated financing solutions and advisory services in Shipping Finance, Aviation Finance and Land Transport Finance. It is present at all key financial centres and transport hubs.DVB’s role in the agreement would include advisory on the selection, integration and procurement of a new fleet for the airline. A statement released Monday said the appointment of DVB was crucial in assisting Starbow to renew its fleet in order to achieve its medium and long term goal of expanding its services across West Africa.
