Stock analysts are asking government to design a policy for the development of the capital market.
They say such a strategy should ensure the formation of a sub-committee in Parliament dedicated to the stock market.
A market watcher, William Mensah, who is the Head of EDC Stock Brokers, pointed out that the Parliamentary Select Committee on Finance does not purposely advance the interest of the capital market because it is preoccupied with other financial issues.
