Article 66 or the 'article of confusion’ as I call it is a very emotional law. And this is because of how we worship our politics.
Yet it has been left to us to decide what it really means. Nations are not static and laws must also change to suit the times.
Malaysia has amended its constitution 57 times, the USA 27 times.
I am not saying it's a competition.
