It was just a little pimple on the right side of his eye and 22-year-old Musah Wahab did not give it much thought.
Like any other spot on the face, he had hoped it would disappear over time, but that did not happen.
Eight months on, the ‘pimple’ has now developed into a tumour, covering half of his face and changing his entire look.

Doctors say Wahab needs immediate surgery to avoid the spread of the tumour, scientifically called Spindle Cell Sarcoma.
