Multi TV’s Fantastic Four, this week produced some interesting results in the German Bundesliga where Schalke 04 lost by a lone goal to SC Frieburg.
The match played at the Veltin Arena had Du-Ri Cha scoring the only goal of the match in the 40th minute.
In the French League 1 match for the week, Lens played out a 2 – 2 draw with Stade Rennes.
Lens’ goals came from Yohan Demont and Issam Jemaa in the 21st and 72nd minutes.
Ishmael Bangura opened the scoring for Stade Rennes in the fourth minute but had to rely on Ghanaian International Asamoah Gyan’s 90th minute goal for the equalizer.
They produced two red cards apiece, Marcos Ramos of Lens picking the first card in 51st minute with Yann M’Vila of Stade Rennes picking his in the 70th minute.
In the Spanish La Liga, Real Madrid beat Deportivo La Coruna by three goals to two. Darling boy Cristiano Ronaldo justified the huge amount of money spent on him by Real Madrid by fetching the second goal for his side.
Raul opened the scoring for Real in the 26th minute but Rikki equalized in the same minute for Deportivo. Juan Carlos Valeron’s 46th minute goal canceled Ronaldo’s 35th minute goal. Lasana Diara scored Real Madrid’s winning goal in the 60th minute.
