Tigo Ghana and Mstoreglobal have signed a business partnership deal to provide consumers with genuine varied mobile devices, accessories and after sales service.
Under the agreement Mstoreglobal will provide devices and services from world-leading electronic giants such as Samsung, Microsoft, Huawei and Lenovo and nokia while Tigo would provide attractive data and voice packages.
The after sale services such as insurance, screen replacement, device swapping, andpayment options, among others.
Ms Roshi Motman, Tigo CEO and Mr Anand Kapoor, Vice Chairman Midcom signed the deal on behalf of their respective companies.
Speaking at the launch, Mr Tara Squire, Director Mobile, said the partnership with Mstoreglobal was in line with Tigo’s vision of offering Ghanaians a digital lifestyle and making the brand a choice for those who want to experience internet.
“The partnership reinforces the path we have chosen to improve internet penetration in the country and to make the internet a way of life for Ghanaians.
Mr Squire said Tigo cherished the partnership with Mstoreglobal as it would offer consumers a wide range of mobile phones, after sale services, broadband and insurance packages among others.
The partnership would allow consumers access to most newly launched devices as soon as they hit the market.
Mr Kapoor said Mstoreglobal was pleased with the relationship with Tigo and would deliver on the agreement.
