Two Nigerians have also been remanded in Police custody in Ho for human trafficking.
The two reportedly trafficked seven young Nigerian ladies between 20 and 25 years from Edo State in Nigeria en route to La Cote D'Ivoire.
According to the Volta Regional Police, investigations so far have revealed that two men have been in the illegal business of trafficking girls from Nigerian to La Cote D'Ivoire for prostitution.
The Regional Crime Officer, Chief Superintendent James Kofi Abraham told JOY NEWS, the men entice the ladies with a promise of securing them jobs in France.
The girls are currently under Police protection at the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit of the regional Police headquarters in Ho.
