Blavo & Co Solicitors, a law firm base in the United Kingdom has donated items worth GH₵5,000 to Baptist School Complex and Orphanage located in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
The items include: 4bags of rice, 10 cartons of milk, 10 boxes of Milo, 10 boxes of key soap, 5 footballs, 1 box full of tooth paste(pepsodent), 4 bags full of Omo, 5 boxes of gesher soap, 2 boxes of voltic mineral water and 1 box of ‘Obaapa’ tin tomato paste.
Early this year the law firm donated an amount of £8,000 (GH₵ 48,000) for the construction of a mini clinic at the orphanage and school complex.
This would be the fourth such presentation the law firm has delivered to the orphanage since 2012.
Headquartered in London and owned by a Ghanaian, John Blavo, Blavo & Co Solicitors has over the collaborated with its workers to annually present money and other items for the inmates and the upkeep of the Easter region orphanage.
The donation sum, half of which was raised by clients and workers of Blavo & Co Solicitors with the other half by the firm itself is part of an annual ritual offered as a token and contribution to helping the poor, deprived and forgotten groups in the society.
The firm has seven offices in London, Hertfordshire and Surrey with a sure bet to provide the highest standard of legal advice to clients.
