Police in Accra shot and killed two alleged notorious armed robbers Friday evening.
The Police say the mEn haVE been on its wanted list for some time now.
They were killed in a fierce gun battle with a patrol team at Dbojo near Medina in Accra.
The suspects, according to acting Accra Police PRO, Corporal Kwabena Danso, planned to rob a Nigerian resident there.
A pistol and ten other ammunitions as well as mobile phones were retrieved from them. Corporal Danso says one suspect is on the run.
