Spanish police say 80 officers were hurt in clashes with fans celebrating Barcelona's defeat of Manchester United in the Champions League final in Rome.
Some 100,000 people packed the streets of Barcelona, singing and setting off fireworks on Wednesday night. Some also threw bottles and damaged property.
More than 100 people were arrested and two dozen taken to hospital.
The players are expected to parade the trophy through the streets of Barcelona in an open-top bus later on Thursday.
Several Spanish newspapers have described them as the best Barcelona team ever, having collected an unprecedented treble of titles in the domestic league, the Copa del Rey, and now the Champions League.
Trouble also flared at celebrations for the first two titles earlier this month.
Officials said 500 people had been involved in Wednesday's clashes on Las Ramblas, the city's best-known thoroughfare. They estimated that up to 100,000 euros' ($139,000) worth of damage had been caused.
