Virtual Security Africa Ltd. a digital surveillance security company is to provide modern security services for Ghanaian companies, government institutions and individuals.
The company together with its international partners like First Choice Armour, Video Comm, and Inter-Pacific will also use Ghana as centre to assemble security equipment and distribute to other African countries.
Speaking to myjoyonline, the Chief Executive Officer of Virtual Security Africa, Mr. Emmanuel Sekyere Asiedu said the objective of the company was to secure individuals and businesses.
He said security was the primary concern of every developing nation including Ghana.
The decision to launch the company’s security products in the Ghanaian market, he said was informed by the increasing confidence of the international business community in Ghana.
According to him, it was important to ensure that investors and their investments are safe.
Mr. Sekyere Asiedu said the company was committed to helping the police to adequately police the country.
Products such as metal detectors, bullet proof vests, mobile DVRs, among others could help the police to work effectively.
He said government’s opening of business opportunities in the country will not yield the desired benefits if insecurity continuous to be a problem.
He therefore stressed the need for the police administration and the government to engage the company and use its hi-tech security products to secure the nation.
For individuals, he explained that the video DVR can be installed in cars to monitor and record what ever that goes on around the car.
This will help identify criminals and other miscreants who tamper with the vehicle.
“This facility also helps you to know if you are being trailed and you can take precautionary measures such as call the police or drive defensively,” he explained.
“We deliver personalised services by monitoring the equipment we install for clients and provide technical assistance where necessary,” he added.
Mr. Sekyere Asiedu said free consultancy services will be provided for people and organisations interested in securing their property using the company’s products.
