The things that make a gentleman differ totally from being a ladies man.
One may think that getting attracted to ladies means gentility. I don't think so because in my own opinion and from the research I conducted, there are four qualities that make a man the gentleman he is.
1. A gentleman is never violent: He doesn't inflict pain on a woman. A man who seeks justice and always stands by humaneness is considered a gentleman.
2. He is caring: A gentleman is the one who cares for the people around him, helps them with their problems and strives to remove every obstacle that impedes their lives.
3. A gentleman has a social etiquette: He does things that are usually not done by others. For instance, going all out to be polite and courteous to others. A lot of men want to be bossy and rather demand respect but the truth is that, respect is earned but not demanded. Those who do that are not gentlemen.
4. Good personal hygiene: I never fail to place emphasis on personal hygiene because we interact with fellow beings who have all the various senses. Good personal hygiene for both men and women makes it easier for humans to interact well. You will agree with me that when someone has a bad body odour for instance, it will be difficult to get closer to that fellow. It really pays to appear neat.
Be a gentleman always.
