Wli waterfall, a 70-80 metres high beautiful scenic waterfall is the highest ever recorded in the history of West Africa.It is located at the eastern corridor of Ghana in Hohoe, tropical forest of the Volta Region.Wli hills mark the border between Ghana and Togo, and the people of Hohoe are loving and friendly.The centre for herbal medicine, Hohoe, is significant both in Ghana and in the Western world.The region is famous due to the reflection on its rich and diverse ceremonies and festivities like the popular annual Hobgetsotso festival celebrated by people of Anlo in the southern part of the region.
