Rapper Wyclef Jean will broadcast a free concert online in an effort to show solidarity with protesters in Egypt.
According to Clef, he wants the youth in Haiti to remain inspired as a massive protest movement continues to call for resignation of current President, Hosni Mubarak.
"We want to do something special," Wyclef said in a video statement.
"We want them to know that they're not alone. We're in this struggle too and we're gonna fight with them so that they get their freedom.”
Egyptians have been protesting the 30-year-rule of Hosni Mubarak over the country since January 25th.
Since then, hundreds of protestors have died in clashes with Mubarak's government forces.
Wyclef sympathizes with the protests, as he faced a similar issue during Haiti's recent failed Presidential elections, which have failed to produce a clear, popular candidate.
"All the people in Egypt that's watching me on Twitter, I want you all to know that you're not alone…We're fighting with you all. Africa, it's one fight, one struggle, respect - nothing but love."
Wyclef's performance for Egypt is slated to take place live Friday (February 11th).
