Young appointees in government will on Wednesday visit the grave of late President John Evans Atta Mills at the Asomdwee Park at the Castle, Osu.
The young appointees, most whom are deputy ministers, include Samuel Okudzejo-Ablakwa and James Agyenim-Boateng of the Information Ministry, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah of Local Government and Rural Development Ministry, Dr. Edward Omane-Boamah of the Sports Ministry as well as Baba Jamal of the Tourism Ministry.
Elvis Afriyie Ankrah told myjoyonline.com, their visit to the park is to enable them honour the memory of the late President John Evans Atta Mills, who gave them the opportunity to serve the people of Ghana.
The young appointees will park their vehicles at the State House and walk to the Asomdwee Park, where they will lay wreath and meditate at the grave of President Mills for a few minutes.
