Video streaming platform, YouTube, has restored Wendy Shay’s Pray for the World' music video after it pulled it down for alleged copyright infringement.
Taking to Instagram Wendy Shay thanked fans who were patient with her while her team worked to get the music video back on the streaming platform.
She revealed during a Facebook live video that her team was able to prove that no part of the song was stolen as some people had suggested.
"SHAYGANG we won…yes we move! SG your Queen never stole any song oo …Pray for the world is back on YouTube and all digital platform," she wrote.
The music video was unpublished after YouTube reportedly said it had the same chord progression as South African Hitmaker, Master KG's Jerusalema song.
She also urged bloggers and media houses who broke the news to adding update their followers adding Let’s push positive news too. Thank you Ghana Stand Up!"
