Zinedine Zidane has reiterated his desire to work for Real Madrid, but ruled out becoming a coach or a club director as he only wants an ambassadorial role at the moment. The French superstar is tipped to make a return to the Bernabeu in some capacity if Florentino Perez enters and wins the club's presidential elections this summer. Working in a role where he would represent or advise the club would be fine for Zidane, but he has no plans to replace Juande Ramos at the helm or take a seat on the board. "I would love to be an ambassador," he told L'Equipe. "There is a possibility that he could return and we will have to see what happens. "When they want me to do things, and if I can, then we can do them. I want to return to football. "But just because someone has been a great player, that does not mean that they will then automatically be a great coach or director."
