It was a hearing of tight things. Police tightened security after a fanatical first day in court and the judges tightened the noose around the neck of three radio panelist as they convicted them of criminal contempt.
'Montie' means 'listen' and after the judges listened to the tape play in court, they convicted the contemnors
There was a general consensus that security on Day 2 of the hearing was impressive after Day 1 witnessed brushes with a fanatical group of governing National Democratic Congress (NDC)/Montie FM supporters.
Wild dogs handled by the Military Police became a side attraction to journalists within the premises as they endured a five-hour wait for a verdict.
Supporters of the Montie 3 were kept away from the court building, leaving them standing in between two busy roads in Accra.
Actor 'Koofori' was a stand-out spectator in his blue suit
A Director of Montie FM Harry Zakkour was summoned to court to answer for the actions of their embattled host 'Mugabe'
Another Director Baffoe Bonnie wore a contemplative look as he made his way to face the judges
Godwin Ako Gunn, one of the contemnors looks through dark spectacles; he could be looking through dark cells when judges sit again next week.
Another contemnor, Alister Nelson makes his way out of the premises after the second day before the judges.
