The annual Joy FM Bridal Fair has opened at the Accra International Conference Centre.
The four-day event, the sixth since its inception, will run till August 3.
A colourful ceremony heralded the official opening of the fair which will feature a marriage seminar and a fashion show. Joy 99.7 FM is also broadcasting all its major programmes from the venue.
Joy FM’s Super Morning Show Host, Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah, welcomed exhibitors and patrons to the fair and expressed the hope that the fair would record good business, explaining that heavy rains early on were showers of blessings form above. Visit our photo gallery.
Admission to all the programmes is free.
Allure Beauty Palace, Coke Light from Coca-Cola, Quality Insurance Company, Jandel décor Limited and publishers, VOYAGE, are sponsoring the specialized fair.
Mr. Cox Tamakloe, Chairman of the Planning Committee, has assured exhibitors and all patrons of utmost security.
Among benefits for exhibitors are free listings in the event brochure, stall shots in fair documentary, live radio interviews during the fair, two daily live radio mentions during the fair and one week post event publicity on Joy Fm.
