Chief Executive Officer of I-ZAR Group, Rashida Saani Nasamu has been adjudged the First Among Equals Award at the 2019 edition of Forty Under 40 Awards.
This was after she had won the People’s Choice award as the most voted under 40 Female Chief Executive of the year.
The feat chalked by the strategic communications consultant, is based on her hard work to impact positively on lives of the young people across the country.
The prestigious award ceremony held at the Kempinksi Gold Coast City Hotel, saw about 47 entrepreneurs being awarded for their contributions towards Ghana’s development.
An elated Rashida dedicated her award to the youth who are struggling out there and encouraged them to change the narrative since they are the ones to change the world.
“They said that the average lifespan for a business is 4 years. I want to believe that the narrative is gradually changing with the emergence of young people like us. Tonight, I would like to say this is a special dedication to all young people and especially women out there who are hustling.”
