Italian giants Udinese are set to loan sensational Ghanaian teenager Clifford Aboagye to Spanish La Liga side Granada to enable him acquire more playing time.
The 18-year-old playmaker was bought by the Stadio Fruili outfit after his impressive outing for Inter Allies in January when they took part in the 60th edition of the Torneo Mondiale di Calcio "Coppa Carnevalle" in Italy and trained with the youth side of the team.
A close source to the talented youngster revealed to Goal Ghana that talks between Bianconeri and El Graná are at an advanced stage and he will be lacing his boots for the Filipinos as he seeks to start his European career in full flight.
Granada manager Lucas Alcaraz is said to be very impressed with the output of the youngster in the just ended Fifa Under-20 World Cup in Turkey where he won the Bronze Ball and was a revelation for the Black Satellites with his skills and passes.
Aboagye was a key figure for Inter Allies when they were in Division One. The modest Spanish La Liga side will offer the young player a bright avenue to hone his talent. The La Liga outfit once had former Ghana U20 players Ransford Osei and Jonathan Mensah in their fold.
