The Board Chairman of Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital says persons calling for the dismissal of the acting Chief Executive of the hospital are only seeking an opportunity to perpetuate wrong doing and run down the institution.
Some doctors and medical practitioners of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital have called for the dismissal of the acting Chief Executive, Prof. Afua Hesse.
But Board Chairman of the Hospital, Eddie Annan, stated that those advocating for the dismissal of Prof. Afua Hesse are wrong doers who do not have the interest of the hospital at heart.
Prof. Hesse will attain the compulsory retirement age of 60 years next month, but she has indicated her willingness to continue on contract basis.
Speaking to Joy News, Eddie Annan, said those who want the acting Chief Executive of the hospital out are people who are engaged in nefarious activities which have been curtailed under the current management.
