The Public Relations Officer(PRO) of Bechem United has appealed to corporate bodies in the country to come to the aid of the club in their quest to make a strong showing in this year’s Ghana Premier League.
“Managing a football club in Ghana is not easy. Our success so far in the league is not on a silver platter and we would need a huge assistance if we are to maintain the same form in other to make a top four finish to represents the country,” Bechem PRO Kweku Danso said.
“One person cannot finance a football club due to the huge expenses we undertake every day. We need the help of corporate bodies to assist us with the signing of players, paying of winning bonuses and accommodating the players.
“Currently, there is free accommodation for the players and the club take the expenses of the evening meals of the players as well. He added
Bechem United are in talks with Italian kit company Akshion as kit sponsor of the club. The club is placed 8th on the league table with 13points after nine matches.
