Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kwesi Nyantakyi says the football association is dissatisfied with Fifa’s decision to allow Cairo host the return leg fixture of the Black Stars duel against Egypt.

Fifa announced on wednesday that the World Cup play-off between Egypt and Ghana will go ahead in Cairo despite a request for next month's game be moved to a neutral venue.

The Ghana FA uttered an alarm at the security situation in the Egyptian capital, as it pushed the world football's governing body to find "a safe and secure venue" for the November 19 return leg game.

But Fifa in response to the GFA on Wednesday confirmed Cairo as the venue for the second leg match following a recent visit by its security inspection delegation after writing to Egypt to provide the sport body with guarantees on the security situation for next month's tie.

Kwesi Nyantakyi said on Asempa FM Sports Night: “The Ghana Football Association is not satisfied with the Cairo return leg venue. We all know that it is not safe to play in Egypt but Fifa has assured us of providing adequate security so we’ll go and play.”

“We will talk to the players to put fears behind them and I believe Ghana will win in Cairo without Egypt even scoring a goal.”

Ghana annihilated Egypt 6-1 in the first leg of the final round of Fifa world Cup qualifying game.
