A rampant Manchester City thrashed Tottenham to reassert their title credentials and move six points behind Premier League leaders Arsenal.
The hosts went ahead after 14 seconds when a poor Hugo Lloris clearance led to the keeper parrying a Sergio Aguero shot before Jesus Navas chipped in.
Alvaro Negredo's shot went in off Sandro and Aguero turned in a low cross as City went 3-0 up before the break.
Aguero again slotted in before Negredo and Navas goals completed the rout.
