The 23-year-old would welcome a move to the Premier League and is available for around £7million.
The Ghanaian told Sportsxtra that the lure of playing in the English Premiership and featuring for Liverpool will be a dream come true.
"It will be a dream come true to play a club like Liverpool, Badu said.
