Vodafone Business in partnership with China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), has trained 75 Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) owners through its unique SME Masterclass programme.
The over eight weeks of intensive training forms part of Vodafone’s commitment to empower SME’s to grow and become digitally transformative.
Beneficiaries of this year’s programme were trained in various models including Financial Management, Business Management, Innovation, Hiring and Retaining Talent, Corporate Governance, Leadership and Change Management.
Additionally, the graduates participated in a Capstone Project challenge at the end of the programme.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Tawa Bolarin, Director of Enterprise Business Unit at Vodafone Ghana said, “We introduced this unique Masterclass programme, in partnership with CEIBS, to support the growth of the SME industry in Ghana.
“We believe that the insights and learnings offered will empower participants, transform their businesses and subsequently influence the SME eco-system. We remain committed to building and connecting small businesses, and this is one of the many ways we achieve this.
This year, Vodafone’s enterprise unit, Vodafone Business organised various capacity-building programmes for thousands of small businesses including market traders and spare-parts dealers across the country.
