Executive Director of GoldKey Properties has pointed out, getting the location right, is the secret to having a perfect house.
Mrs. Cynthia Acquaye is therefore urging interested property owners to choose the best location first because the right house would only be a matter of course.
She made this observation during the launch of GoldKey Properties' latest set of luxury apartments christened - "The Elizabeth".
Ghana’s upmarket housing sector continues to grow quickly and keeps attracting more investments from both local and foreign companies.
Despite the challenges private developers face, many remain buoyant about the sector and continue to invest more. According to the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), there have been significant increases in investments since 2010 which targets the upper middle class population.
In an interview with Myjoyonine.com, Mrs. Acquaye believes GoldKey is well placed for the competition.

With over 20 years’ experience and a reliable land bank in very attractive locations like Airport Residential Area, Cantonments and Roman Ridge, the real estate company is placed to give clients the perfect home in the perfect location.
The company has created a mini-city of luxury apartments which also lets out office units to businesses.
Mrs Acquaye, an expert in Corporate Management and Strategy is advising clients interested in living in a secured neighborhood and having easy access to the Kotoka International Airport to patronize their flats and apartments.
