The GSE-All Share Index, the benchmark measure of performance on the Accra Bourse, continued its surge with a rise of 7.71 points on Wednesday on the back Ecobank Ghana to close at 10,555.72 points, up from 10,548.01 points.
Change year to date now stands at 59.94 per cent. Traded volumes rose slightly to 64,000 shares from 29,600 on Tuesday.
The only gainer for the session was Ecobank Ghana Limited, which went up by GH¢0.03 at GH¢4.13.
Market capitalisation ended the session up at GH¢15,737.25 million from GH¢15,732.41 million on Tuesday.
