The Presidential Candidate of the Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) Emmanuel Ansah Antwi has promised a new agricultural revolution geared towards eliminating rural poverty. He said the DFP will make Ghana a self sufficient country through modernized agriculture which would empower 70% of the rural poor. The policy he said will speed up industrialization in the country. Mr. Ansah was speaking to party supporters on his 5 day campaign tour of the Volta Region. He said the youth over the years have been neglected by past governments, and that a DFP government will address youth unemployment when voted into power in December.
