Today, Muslim’s throughout the world are enjoined to feast signifying the successful conclusion of the Ramadan. It was a period of spiritual gratification and purity.
The celebration of Eid-ul-fitr should remind us of our moral obligation to share not just amongst family and friends, but, also to those less privilege than ourselves in society.
Let us continually learn to keep the strength of our faith in these times and remember as the Quran says that “the reward for an injury is an injury equal thereto: but if a person forgets and makes reconciliation, his reward is due from Allah." [62:40]
May Allah accept our good deeds, forgive our transgressions and ease the suffering of all peoples around the globe.
I wish all Muslims a Happy and peaceful Eid-ul-Fitr.
Eid Mubarak!
…..Signed….
