Randomly selected lucky customers and prospects of Access Bank across the country have received a variety of electrical home appliances from bank, as part of efforts to appreciate hardworking individuals and help them achieve some of their material aspirations.
Consumers in high traffic areas in Osu, Tema and Kumasi branches of the bank were among the fortunate recipients of desired household items such as microwave ovens, television sets and blenders.
“Access Bank acknowledges the patronage of our stakeholders. We want to reward them with items that they have long desired to purchase, but are often unable to as they cater for other pressing demands in their lives, therefore any opportunity to lighten the load for them is our greatest pleasure”, said Matilda Asante-Asiedu, Head of Corporate Communications and Brand Management, Access Bank Ghana.
A number of activities organized by various teams from Access Bank brought parts of Accra, Tema and Kumasi to life.
Entertainment from dancers and musicians accompanied the handing over of gifts to the surprise winners.
Miss Lydia Tsevie from Osu, who walked away with a brand new flat screen TV was overwhelmed and commented: “I did not imagine today that I would be the proud owner of a brand new flat screen TV. My room will be completely transformed with his TV.
Now I can watch my favorite TV program from the comfort of my bed. Thank you Access Bank. This was totally unexpected!”
Mr. Solomon Mensah from Tema said, “Thank you Access Bank for the unexpected gift. I had been saving to buy a new blender at the end of the month. Now I have a blender and a food processor at the same time! This is even better than I was planning to buy for my wide. She will definitely find cooking more fun and I can use the savings for something else!”
