Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Presidential Candidate of New Patriotic Party (NPP), at the weekend said the next NPP Government would establish a vocational, technical and a University in Birim North District for the youth to have access to formal education.
He pledged to judiciously use revenue from the country’s crude oil reserves to develop the education, health and other sectors to enhance the living standards of the people.
Nana Akufo-Addo was speaking at New Abirem in Birim North District, as part of his campaign tour of the Eastern Region.
He addressed rallies at Nkawkaw in Kwahu West Municipality, Mpraeso in Kwahu South District and Kwahu Tafo in Kwahu East District.
Nana Akufo-Addo said the next NPP Government would reactivate industries in the country and establish more under an industrial revolution to process more primary products for export and create employment for the youth.
He urged the electorate to avoid ethnic politics and vote massively for the NPP on December 7.
Mr Yaw Gyekye Amoabeng, Eastern Regional Chairman of NPP, advised Ghanaians to compare achievements of all the political parties and vote for the Presidential and Parliamentary Candidates of a responsible Party to lead the nation.
