Guinness Ghana Breweries Ltd (GGBL), has introduced ORIJIN, a bitter sweet spirit made of herbs, fruits and alcohol.
Orijin is available in 2 variants: Orijin Bitters and the Ready to Drink variant, which is the first of its kind in Ghana.
Orijin Bitters is bottled in 75cl and 20 cl PET bottles whiles the Ready to Drink variant is currently available in a 300ml glass bottle.
Speaking at the consumer launch, Kweku Sekyi-Cann – Marketing Director of GGBL said “The consumer is at the heart of everything we do. We at GGBL realize that the Ghanaian consumer wants to take his place in today’s world whilst staying rooted to his distinctly African identity; hence the launch of ORIJIN.
This is yet another innovation from GGBL. Orijin Bitters is targeted at mainstream spirit consumers whilst the ready to drink variant is for mainstream beer and RTD consumers.
Orijin Bitters brings Quality to Herbs whilst the ready to drink variant brings Fun to Herbs and enjoyed during fun, social moments.
It can be found in everyday bars and neighbourhood stores in Accra and Kumasi currently. It will be rolled out nationwide in the course of the year.
As the name implies, ORIJIN is made by us and for us. Orijin; an exclusive blend of HERBS, FRUITS & ALCOHOL from GGBL, the home of quality beverages.
