The Registrar-General’s Department has closed to the public on Monday, March 23.
In a statement, the Department said this is due to a fumigation exercise being undertaken by the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) at selected markets in Accra.
The fumigation exercise is “to enable the Assembly to disinfect all the markets and other public places as part of measures to curb the spread of the Covid-19.”
The Registrar-General’s Department will resume full operations on Tuesday, March 24.
