Gospel musician Nicholas Omane Acheampong says gospel musicians in the country are suffering the most as the novel coronavirus pandemic bites.
The 'Tabitha Kum' hitmaker told JoyNews’ Becky at the launch of the GH Covid-19 Tracker App they are no more church activities such as crusades and people cannot patronise concerts due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“In fact, the whole music industry is almost down because, in times like these, people don’t really seek for entertainment.
"It’s like nothing is going on. We do our church services in our homes. So even though it has affected the music industry, the gospel musicians are the most affected because everything has been shut down,” he lamented.
The musician believes man has taken the action of God for granted therefore resulting in the pandemic.
“It looks like man has taken the word of God for granted for too long,” he said.
Nicholas Omane Acheampong was part of the artistes who performed at the launch to entertain Ghanaians at home as part of activities to mark the Easter Monday celebration.
