"Trying to pick the songs I think my hotties will like the most for my ALBUM."
Megan Thee Stallion has a debut album coming soon, and she's been teasing some very intriguing snippets.
On October 28, Meg shared some behind-the-scenes photos of her album-making process, including photos with her frequent collaborator, producer Lil Ju.
"Trying to pick the songs I think my hotties will like the most for my ALBUM," she wrote, alongside one photo that featured a storyboard of post-it notes that fans are already straining to read.
“Each 1 is an ingredient to the krabby patty formula,” one person commented, and Meg reposted the funny comment to her IG stories.
As PopCrave reported, she also took to Twitter to share some status updates on the upcoming record.
When one fan asked how close she was to being finished, she replied, “Waiting on 2 more features then I'm done.”
And when another fan asked if City Girls would appear on the album, she had just one thing to say: a devil emoji.
So far in her career, Megan has focused on mixtapes, singles, and EPs, most recently with her March release Suga.
This next album, due sometime this fall according to The Fader, will be her official full-length debut; “Don't Stop,” featuring Young Thug, was the first single.
As we await the release, Megan has also been posting studio sessions on Instagram, with the hashtag “meganmondays," to tide fans over.
Fingers crossed for a release date soon!
