Another fire outbreak has been recorded in Suame Magazine, in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
The fire which started at the top floor of a two-storey warehouse consumed vehicle spare parts running into thousands of cedis.
Speaking to JoyNews' Kofi Adu Domfeh, the Ashanti Regional Operations Officer at the Ghana National Fire Service access to the scene was a major challenge, contributing to further destruction of the building and the goods in it.

“The big challenge was getting access to the place because the entire place had been packed with broken down cars and other vehicles so it posed a huge hindrance,” he stated.
DO I Francis Darko Konnoh said, "the situation is under control, what is left is the salvaging the damage."

A firefighter is reported to have suffered burns on his arm while battling the inferno at the Suame Magazine light industrial area on Tuesday morning.

He was subsequently sent to the hospital and is receiving treatment.
Personnel of the fire service managed to bring the fire under control but the cause of the inferno is yet to be determined.

This is the fourth major fire incident that has been recorded in Kumasi in the past 3 days.
Two incidents were recorded on Sunday. The first was at a mini-market near the republic hall of the KNUST and a second at a market near the Aboabo station.
The third fire was at the Dagomba Line on Monday destroyed several makeshift accommodation structures and displaced a number of squatters.
