Pupils of Mfamfo and Obrachire D/A primary schools in the Awutu Senya West Constituency have benefited from the supply of furniture and educational equipment under the GetFund project.
Thanks to the effort by the former Member of Parliament for the Awutu Senya West Constituency Nenyi George Andah who facilitated the process of acquisition.
In the past, the pupils of the two primary schools have been severely challenged by the inadequacy of tables and chairs which is a linchpin to effective education.
It was one of a sigh of relief as the District Director of Education, Mr Isaac Arhin handed the furniture and educational equipment to the representatives of the school.
He said this would go a long way to affect the academic fortunes of the pupils.
George Andah said he still felt burdened to pursue the cause of his constituents even after losing the parliamentary election.
He also expressed his excitement for the schools which acquired the educational equipment.
The former Member of Parliament for the area Nenyi George Andah has not reneged on his commitments to the development agenda in his constituency and ready to team up with all interested parties on the development trajectory.
He said he is prepared to go every mile to do more to ensure that his constituents led better lives regardless of his loss in the parliamentary elections.
