The Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta has addressed the nation following the campaign of some agitated Ghanaians, particularly the youth asking the government to #FixTheCountry.
The campaign which has been topping trends for the past week has largely been facilitated by social media users who are venting their spleens over what they describe as a failure on the part of successive governments to improve the lives of the citizenry.
Thus, in the quest to inform the people of the achievements the Akufo-Addo government has chalked in the economic sector since assuming office in 2017, the Finance Minister will be speaking to the press on the topic “Rebuilding the economy.”
