President of the Confederation of African Football, Dr. Patrice Motsepe has arrived in Ghana for a two-day visit.
The CAF president arrived in Accra on Wednesday, October 20, and was received by Ghana Football Association president, Kurt Okraku and Youth and Sports Minister, Mustapha Ussif.
The South African is expected to be the Special Guest at the Youth connects Programme, an event set up by the president of Ghana, H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo.
Upon his arrival, Dr. Motsepe said: "I feel honored to be in Ghana to participate in this Youth summit and also to meet the football community
"I feel very proud of Ghana and your achievements as a country"
Speaking on the programme he is expected to act as Special Guest, the businessman also added: "It’s good to help the Youth and so I am glad to be here to share ideas with the Youth and also to meet the President of the Republic of Ghana and other top officials.”
Dr. Motsepe will round up his two-day visit with a donation at the Dworwulu Special School, before meeting with Mustapha Ussif on Thursday evening.
CAF’s president will also have a session with the media on Thursday, October 21.
