Social media platform, Twitter, has been buzzing since Ghanaian rapper M.anifest released his ‘Madina To The Universe’ album today, Thursday.
The first song on the album "MTTU" has been praised by fans of the GodMC hitmaker. Others say "Bob and Weave" featuring Ghana’s M3nsa hits the body and soul differently, hence their favourite. A few say they are indifferent and cannot choose a favourite.
Prior to the album's release, M.anifest born Kwame Ametepe Tsikata revealed that ‘Madina To The Universe’ is inspired by the community he grew up in.
“Madina is my ‘village’. A formative place for me as a child. Beyond memories, it is where my mom and grandma still live, alongside colourful people and places that have shaped the window through which I see the world," he communicated in a tweet.
Other songs on the album include; Confusion, Best for you, Game over, Unicorn flow, La Vida, Clean and pure, among others.
Some of these great tunes featured M3nsa and Moliy, Chicago-based rapper Vic Mensa; Nigeria’s Adekunle Gold, Patoranking and Ladipoe; as well as Tanzanian-born Tiggs da Author, who is based in London.
Meanwhile, Day Break Hitz with host, KMJ will later today host the Ghanaian rapper.
