Unilever Ghana PLC has been adjudged the number 1 Top Employer for 2022.
They received the recognition at the Top Employer 2022 Awards scheme, following a rigorous assessment of HR Best Practices survey.
The survey assessed HR domains including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, Sustainability, and Diversity & Inclusion and more.
In his remarks on the award, the Managing Director of Unilever Ghana PLC, George Owusu-Ansah, said, “This award gives expression to our commitment to always put our people first in all we do as a business. Our people will always remain our number one priority as an organization.”
The Top Employers Institute has certified and recognized over 1,857 Top Employers in 123 countries across five continents since its inception.
Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organization’s dedication to a better world of work, exhibited through excellent HR policies and people practices.
On his part, the HR Director, Unilever Ghana PLC, Michael Otchere Duah, said, “Being certified as a Top Employer speaks to an organization’s commitment to a better world of work, demonstrated through humane people policies and excellent people practices.
